Christmas card fiasco of 2008

In case you're wondering why you did not receive a card from us this year, let me assure you that we had every intention of sending holiday greetings to friends and family. In fact, I purchased Christmas cards back in October. What followed? Eight weeks' worth of Christmas card photo attempts. I tried candid shots, posed shots, and everything in between. Alas, not one was worthy of distribution (see for yourself below). So, my cute Christmas cards will sit in my attic with the holiday décor for an entire year in hopes of a successful photo session next year. Until then, we send you warm greetings and wishes for a wonderful year.










Oh, and the kicker: Even Sebastian managed to send a Christmas card to his out-of-state friend, Hunter.
